Hello friend! This is the grading system in the States! It makes me cry a lot because I suck at College.

IS THIS REAL. HOW THE FUCK DO YOU GET HONORS WITH THAT SHITTY GRADING SYSTEM. AN 84 IS A FUCKING C. OK SRSLY IF YOU ARE GETTING A D YOU ARE DOING WELL CONSIDERING A D IS A B HERE IN CANADA

That doesn’t look at all correct. Most of the colleges I know of grade an A as 100-90, B as 89-80, and so on.

I’ve been informed that it depends on the district you’re in.

This was the scale we used in HIGH SCHOOL(in Virginia). Except… it was a little harder in my high school.

• A 100-94%
• B 93-86%
• C 85-78%
• D 77-70%
• F 69% and below

It is only a one point difference but still makes it harder.

The Canadian grading scale is

A:100-80 B:79-70 C:69-60 D:59-50 and anything below 50 is a fail.

In my high school in Missouri our grading system is

A- 100%-90%

B- 89%- 80%

C- 79%-70%

D- 69%-60%

and anything under is an F

Yes, I’ve heard that’s pretty common. Much more reasonable than the scale above but still more difficult than Canadian grading.

In Ireland: 

• A: 100% - 85%
• B: 84% - 70%
• C: 69% - 55%
• D: 54% - 40% (lowest passing grade)
• E: 39% - 25%
• F: 25% - 10%

North Carolina middle/high schools:

A= 100-93
B= 92-85
C= 84-77
D= 76-70
F= below 70, failing
